There is several ways how to get a discount here. The discount may be used when placing an order only and it cannot be used additionally.
Quantity discount
The quantity discount is automatically included in the price calculation. The higher number of products you order, the better price per piece you get.
Discount on graphic works
If you already have a print-ready professional design and our graphic designer does not have to make any changes, the discount of EUR 3 excluding VAT can be given on every ordered product with professionally prepared graphics.
Loyalty discount
If orders are placed several times a month, you are entitled to the following discounts:

The discount is given upon request based on your previous orders and it applies to a following period. (For example: If you have placed orders for more than 5 products this month, feel free to request the activation of 5 % discount. The discount will apply to your all subsequent orders).
Discount applied in case of an order for several types of the same product
(e.g. business cards for a whole company)
In case that you are ordering more than 3 types of the same product (e. g. business cards for 4 employees) within a single order, we are glad to offer you the discount of 5 – 30 % on a price of those products. The discount is calculated individually by our Business Manager.
An informative delivery deadline is provided next to the price calculator. The deadline may be different depending on the materials provided to us by you. In general, our graphic designer processes the materials for printing in the course of several hours. An up-to-date deliver deadline will always be displayed in the My Account section, and in case of any issues with shipping, we always inform our customers via a text message and email. If you need a fixed specific deadline, please, inform us in advance via email at info@expressprint.eu. Subsequently, we will do our best to keep the deadline.
In case that the goods must be delivered prior to the estimated delivery deadline, please, contact us and we will agree on individual terms and conditions (e.g. express delivery and production, late-night delivery or delivery at weekends etc.).

2. Graphic design

There are 3 basic options to choose from:
Your graphic design
Upload your design in any format (in PDF ideally) and we will check it up.
Then, we will contact you to get your approval for any adjustments.
After that, we will print it.
A design prepared by our graphic designer free of charge
Our graphic designer will prepare a simple design according to your instructions completely for free or he/she will assist you in editing your own design. In case that you wish to have a more complex graphics done, contact us and we will prepare a profitable price quote.
Create a graphic design with our editor software (starting from scratch or using our templates)
You may create your own graphic design in our online editor or you may choose from a number of templates and edit one of them as you wish.
It doesn't matter, we will check your proposal before printing and correct any deficiencies free of charge. We will then contact you to approve the corrections. (When ordering, choose the method "I have my own design" and, if necessary, write to us in the comment, that you are not so sure about the design.)
The design to be printed should be in pdf format having the resolution of 300 DPI at least (in curves ideally) with 2.5 mm bleed printing. Cutting marks are not necessary. For more detailed specifications, visit: Fundamental principles of preparing a graphics for printing .
If you are not familiar with those terms, don't worry and upload your design in any format. We will check it up before printing it, and any shortcomings will be corrected for free. Then, we will contact you to get your approval for the corrections. (Select "I have my own design" when placing the order).
We will change the data in your design free of charge. We will then send the updated design for approval so that you can review the changes and confirm the design for printing.

He/she will send you a draft design subsequently and you may comment on it.
Just insert required dimensions in printing parameters. Our graphic designer will adjust the graphic design for the required dimensions and he/she will send it to you for approval.
Once your order is placed, our graphic designer will receive your order. Then, he/she will process a draft design and send it to you via email for approval. A notification will also be received by you via a text message.
If the graphic designer needs anything, he/she will contact you by phone or via email and send you each and every change for your approval so you have everything under full control.
After your order is placed, our graphic designer will receive it. He/she will process your requirements and send a draft design to you for approval. If you are not content with it, just send your comments and ideas to the graphic designer. He/she will keep working on it until you are 100% satisfied with the result. In the last resort, we will replace your graphic designer or cancel your order free of charge.
Our basic graphic services (inspection, simple design, preparation for printing, etc.) are free of charge within the order. If you want more complex adjustments or a demanding graphic design, we will notify you in advance that the service will be charged and we will agree the price with you. It can't happen that in the end you will be surprised by getting the bill for services you did not know about.

3. Placing an order

Select a shipping method after putting all products into the basket.
When choosing the shipping method, notice an estimated delivery deadline!
Then, select a payment method and finish the order.
Yes, just add individual products one by one into the basket, saving on a shipping fee as courier services are for free in case of orders above EUR 50 including VAT.
If the order has not yet been handed over to our production department, your graphic design, parameters, number of pieces, a shipping method and an address of delivery can be changed. Some things can be edited or changed directly in My account. For other changes, contact us at info@expressprint.eu or +421 32 11 30 70.

4. Checking up the graphic design and accepting the order

If you upload your own design,
or if you create it using the online editor,
we will check it up after receiving your order
(sharpness, dimensions, colours, safe zones, bleed printing etc...).
If any problem occurs, we solve it or contact you to solve it together.
If your order is all right, it is printed straight away.
Subsequently, we send you a draft design for approval.
If your graphic design needs to be edited or newly created by a graphic designer
Our graphic designer will create a graphic design according to your instructions. If needed, he/she will contact you by phone or via email. A draft graphic design will be sent to you for approval.
You may approve it or feel free to comment on it. The graphic designer will keep adjusting the design according to your comments for you to be 100% satisfied.
If you are not content with the design, just send your comments and ideas to the graphic designer. He/she will keep working on it until you are 100% satisfied with the result. In the last resort, we will replace your graphic designer or cancel your order free of charge.
How fast will I be contacted by your graphic designer? The graphic designer receives the order within 3 hours (being available from 8 AM to 5 PM on business days). He/she immediately starts processing your requirements and send you a draft design for your approval. The speed of processing depends on the complexity of a given design but it takes 1 to 2 hours on average to process the design after the receipt of the order.
In some cases, the graphic designer may contact you while he/she is preparing the design in order to clarify your requirements.

5. Printing and delivery

Once you approve the design (in case of any adjustments or a new graphic design) and we check it up before printing, the order is printed and dispatched.
Right after the order is send off, we will send you a filling number of your order via email.
After the order is dispatched, we will send you a filling number along with a phone number of a shipping company. You will get the exact information on a time of delivery and a courier' contact at that number.
